Don’t be your own worse enemy….

Because of influences we experience as children including brain washing by religion…. We can be our own worse enemy…

Who judges us harder than anyone or for that matter anything…. We do… We judge ourselves and beat ourselves up for the most ridiculous an silly stuff… Why do we do that… Confusion…Man made conflict not of your making…

When people push religion on children and contradict the very thing they are shoving down your throat, it turns your thought process on its side, leaving you looking at the world upside down….

I agree we all make mistakes an errors in judgement… That is how we grow, but when you get into your head and think you have just ended the world around you, and you step away from reality and buy into everyone else bull shit… You lose yourself, you lose your individuality… The demons win and you lose…

First thing I did when laying it all out there and being full frontal honest…. I forgave myself for my screw ups an when and where applicable, apologized to those I owed an apology too…

Then I started the process to heal… I asked those involved for acknowledgement, giving them the opportunity to be forgiven and they declined…

So forward I go, to understand why people in my life think its okay to disrespect and abuse me… They chose that path and the door closed after the last onslaught…. You do not nor have you ever had a right to abuse me… You have to live with the choices you made… You have to live with your actions… I do not….

I chose to go forward and grow… Your choices are just that, yours….

I chose to get out of my head and live….

I Remember….

Author: maggi9454

My earliest memory is before the age of 2... by the time I was 13, I had no childhood memories... No holidays, no birthdays... On 11/5/17 a shooter in Texas changed all that... It triggered my memories from my 13th year... The Air Force covered it up an it happened in Big Springs, Texas 1967... Domestic violence, PTSD, TBI and I too served in the Air Force 10 years later... This is my story to remember what was stolen...
