My dependent gets immediate health care and me, the veteran waits, and waits and waits…

Hubby had a heart incident, EMS, Ambulance and ER… whole 9 yards a couple weeks ago…. and he had to see his primary yesterday… so she ordered a ultra sound of his blood clot and got that call yesterday and already is scheduled…

Been seeing the dentist for several dental issues for the past year… Friday a tooth needs to come out, he doesn’t believe I have an infection and I need to be sure, so I decline it’s removal that day, waiting on my UA and call from med doc…

Well Monday comes and I am on antibiotics and the tooth feels better, and that is a misnomer… the tooth is dead, that is the pain I endured this past winter… what is happening now is an infection that can’t be seen, but 48 hours on antibiotics and I know for sure and infection is up there…

Of course I can’t articulate that to the doc and they are balking about putting me on 4 more days, so I give up…

I know from past experience, when it gets to be real bad and the infection spreads it can kill….

Doctors forget we are individuals with individual issues, but clump together they must and that usually causes suicides among veterans… saw enough of that on active duty and how they text book treated and not talked with treated…

It could be a month before I get authorization for this extratction if at all… they made me wait 11 months to find out about implants…. so whats a rotting tooth in my skull close to my brain????

That friends is the real truth about VA health care… they are trying to kill us, so the rich mans tax cut can be supported….

Rant over…
